Approximately 33 % of TV Nova's programming is locally produced and includes top rating news and entertainment programs including Televizní noviny (TV News), Ordinace v růžové zahradě (Rose clinic), Pojišťovna štěstí (Insuring Happiness), Ulice (Street), which are original Czech series and Výměná manželek (Wife Swap), a locally produced show based on an international format. In addition, Televizní noviny, TV Nova's nightly news program, achieves the highest ratings among all Czech television shows on a regular basis.
