Jan Andruško

Jan Andruško joined the team on January 1, 2011 having already worked with CME in his previous role at the law firm Kotrlík Bourgeault Andruško, where he was a Partner. In that role he was involved in advising CME and CET 21 on a number of significant projects between 2005 and 2010 including CME’s acquisition of TV Nova in 2005.
Other projects on which Jan worked include the representation of South African Breweries plc in connection with its acquisitions of a controlling interest in Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. and Pivovar Radegast a.s. and advising of HBO Central Europe in connection with various corporate and licensing issues, including the corporate restructuring of the HBO Group in central Europe.
Jan holds a degree from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and speaks Czech, English, Russian and Slovak.
