Central European Media Enterprises Announces Third Quarter 2006 Earnings Release and Teleconference

Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (“CME”) (Nasdaq/Prague Stock Exchange: CETV) announced today that it will release third quarter 2006 financial results before U.S. market hours on Thursday, November 9, 2006.
The company will also host a teleconference to discuss its third quarter results on Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. New Yorktime (4:00 p.m. London time and 5:00 p.m. Prague time). The teleconference will refer to presentation slides which will be available on CME’s website www.cetv-net.com prior to the call.
