Central European Media Enterprises Announces Sale of 2,200,000 Shares

Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. ("CME")  (Nasdaq/Prague Stock Exchange: CETV) today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 2,200,000 of its Class A Common Shares at a price of $70 per share. CME has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 330,000 additional shares on the original terms. The offering is expected to close March 29.

J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd., Lehman Brothers Inc. and ING Bank N.V., London Branch are acting as joint bookrunners. Ceska sporitelna, a.s. is the lead manager of the shares to be sold to institutional investors in the Czech Republic and Central and Eastern Europe.
