Central European Media Enterprises to Present at the Bear Stearns 14th Annual Global Credit Conference

Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. ("CME") (NASDAQ: CETV) announced today its participation at the Bear Stearns 14th Annual Global Credit Conference being held on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 and Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at The Waldorf=Astoria Hotel in New York, New York.
Michael Garin, Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present on Tuesday, May 17th at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A webcast will not be provided for this conference.
