Central European Media Enterprises Receives Approval to Begin Trading on the Prague Stock Exchange

The listing particulars are intended to be published Wednesday, June 22, 2005. The Listing Committee of the PSE approved the CME listing on Friday, June 17, 2005. CME shares are expected to begin trading on the PSE on Monday, June 27, 2005 and to become a part of both major PSE indices PX50 and PX-D as of July 1, 2005. CME will trade on the PSE under the ticker symbol CETV. Česká spořitelna is the local listing agent. JPMorgan provided advisory services to CME.
