The new president of ATO is head of TV Nova Petr Dvořák

The new president of Association of Television Organisations (ATO) is head of TVNova Petr Dvořák, who replaced on this position head of CT Jiri Janecek. This decision was reached at the general meeting of ATO, which took place on Thursday. It was also agreed to also include self-regulation in television broadcasts. This should allow better co-operation with the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting in dealing with regulation of television broadcasts based on the amendment of the broadcasting bill. Regular members of ATO are Česká televize, CET 21, FTV Prima the Czech Association of Communications Agencies (AKA).
