Doma TV

Doma TV is a niche channel for women which was launched on January 2, 2011. It has a national reach of 99% of the country’s 4.4 million population and broadcasts for 16 hours a day. Its main programming focus is reality and entertainment, foreign fiction and lifestyle shows (including local, European and international independent productions), as well as a selection of documentaries and movies. Through this specialized channel Nova TV group broadcasts TV premieres to a core target audience of women in the 18-54 age catagory.

With this audience in mind, Doma TV has produced the local formats Koktel and Doma IN and plans to increase the amount of local content as the channel develops. It also debuted world-wide hit series such as Damages, Miami Medical, Pretty Little Liars and Vampire Diaries with its partners Warner Bros. and Sony. It also schedules the series Rebelde, Camaleones, Elena and Accoralda, which form part of Doma TV’s program package from the leading international fiction production studios Televisa, Telemundo and Venevision.
