Eric Zinterhofer

Eric Zinterhofer has served as a Director of the Company since April 2004. Mr Zinterhofer is a partner at Apollo Management, L.P, and has been with Apollo since 1998. He is a Director and a member of the Compensation Committee of iPCS Inc. and is a Director of Affinion Group, Dish TV India Limited and Unity Media. From 1994 to 1996, he was a member of the Corporate Finance Department at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. From 1993 to 1994, Zinterhofer was a member of the Structured Equity Group at J.P. Morgan Investment Management. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA Honors degree in Economics and European History and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
