Daniel Penn
General Counsel
Daniel Penn, who joined CME in 2002, was appointed General Counsel in May 2004 and Company Secretary in June 2004. Prior to joining CME, he served as general counsel and head of development/business affairs in an internet publishing business and in a multinational telecommunications company. He began his career in a private practice with Mayer, Brown & Platt, where he worked in their offices in New York (USA), Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and London (England).
